About Us

Just as there are many types of needs and difficulties, there are a variety of tools clients often find helpful in improving their lives. A one-size-fits-all approach typically does not work for every client. For this reason, we remain flexible and responsive to the individual client’s needs, and work with clients to find the most successful solutions.

It is our experience that clients often achieve better outcomes when an integrative approach is taken in their treatment. This type of approach emphasizes the coordination of care among other mental health professionals, medical professionals, school personnel, and any other individuals who may be involved in meeting the clients’ needs.

We believe in helping clients utilize their own strengths and develop tools to continue the progress they achieve in treatment. Our aim is for clients to move towards greater independence and confidence in their own skills as much as possible. Therefore, we rely upon evidence-based services that have been shown to lead to both short-term and long-term improvement.

We offer a variety of therapy services to individuals and families of all ages. Our highly experienced and qualified team of mental health professionals pride themselves on making clients feel comfortable speaking openly about their concerns. There are many reasons individuals come to us for therapy. While some are interested in seeking help for depression, anxiety, grief, and other concerns, others simply find themselves in a standstill in their lives and need help planning their next move. Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on the needs of the individual and/or family.
