How long is each therapy appointment?

Therapy session times may vary depending on the nature of the session. Intakes typically last around 50 minutes while routine therapy sessions are 45 minutes. Exceptions may apply.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your identification card and payment (if you have not already paid). These will be reviewed/collected before your intake session starts. Exceptions may apply.

Will my services be covered by insurance?

Dr. Pilipis and Dr. Gray are not in-network with insurance providers and will not submit claims directly to insurance. Services are to be paid out-of-pocket by the patient. If the patient would like to pursue insurance reimbursement for services through a non-network provider, the patient (or guardian) must call their insurance provider and inquire about this process. It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company to verify non-network benefits. The amount reimbursed (if any) is determined by the patient's insurance plan. 

Where do I park?

Parking is located behind the building in the driveway or you may park on a nearby street.

How do I request my records?

Records may be requested to be sent to the patient, guardian, another provider, attorney, etc. In order for us to send records, we require that the patient complete an authorization to release the records. Records requests may take up to 4 weeks to process. Charges may apply.

What if I have a crisis or emergency and need assistance?

As a private outpatient mental health practice, we do not provide walk-in, 24-hour, or other emergencies services. If you are in crisis and need urgent assistance, please contact or go to the nearest hospital or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255.
